At Hurst Green Church of England Primary School, we try to introduce our children to a wide range of different extra- curricular activities. There are different clubs and extra- curricular activities to suit a range of interests. The clubs usually run on a term to term basis and currently include dodgeball, dance, art, forest school, and computer coding.
During the day the children experience multi-sports, cricket coaching and other season appropriate sports such as football and athletics.
We have a School Council run by Miss Flack and Mrs Wilson runs the Happy Walrus.
We also have Peripatetic Instrument Tuition available.
We are always on the look- out for new and exciting clubs for our children. If you run a club, or know of one that would be great for our children, please let the school office know and we will try and get it up- and- running here at Hurst Green.
Please also be aware that we run a breakfast club every morning from 8.00am, as well as an after school club (The 5 O’clock Club) every day 3.15- 5.00pm. Please also note that some of our clubs are charged for, but costs are kept to a minimum. We run a lunchtime club twice a week of organized sport and this is free of charge.
