School Uniform Policy 2022 2024

School ties, jumpers, cardigans, and PE kit/bags can be ordered through the school on our Parentpay system. Once paid for, you can pick it up from the office. Children in KS2 are required to wear a school tie. KS1 children (Years 1 and 2) and Foundation Stage (Reception) do not wear ties.
PE Kit: The school has its own PE kit that is part of the school uniform and must be worn. This kit consists of: black shorts, green t-
Footwear: School shoes should be black. These should be sensible shoes, suitable for a school environment. Trainers/plimsolls are required for PE lessons. Wellington boots or something of a similar sturdy nature will be acceptable in poor weather. However, the children must bring their school shoes to change into once they enter the school building.
Hair: Hair should not be dyed and extreme cuts e.g tramlines are not allowed. Long hair should be tied back.
Jewellery: Jewellery is not allowed at school. The only exception to this is if a child has pierced ears, whereupon small, plain studs may be worn. The child must be able to remove their own earrings for P.E lessons – as we are not able to do this.
